Wanna Buy It Wednesday: Dennis Quaid's Pacific Palisades Equestrian Retreat

Good news, folks. Dennis Quaid's French-style equestrian estate in the Pacific Palisades neighborhood of LA is on the market and the price just decreased by $3 million.The bad news, however, is that it still costs a whopping $13.9 million. Quaid paid just under $2 million for the home in 1999 and has transformed it into a luxurious retreat complete with a pool, spa, horse stables, private trails and a location that's only minutes from Sunset Boulevard. With 8 bedrooms, 9.5 bathrooms and almost 9,000 square feet, the home brings together both French and country styles.

    Those rooms are gianormous... I think I'd get lost, but I will take the stables and acres of land!
