From the exposed beam ceilings to the stone fireplaces, 17 Lauretta Lane encapsulates rustic charm. I love the whitewashed walls and expansive windows, too. Although not large by most standards (only 2,100 square feet), this home offers plenty of space for a weekend getaway especially since time indoors is most likely limited given the beach front location. The kitchen has been updated to modern day standards, and the space is great for entertaining with an open floor plan. I hope the owners leave whoever buys this home that dining room table, too. It's perfect for large dinner parties!
17 Lauretta Lane is on the market for 4.4 million.
A light fixture can make a room or break it. If you're looking for an easy way to update your space or wondering what's missing, try replacing your light fixture with something that mimics your room's style. Here are a few of my favorites.
