Perfect for both relaxing and entertaining, 3017 Gates Road has an open floor plan, custom pool, ivy garden, gym and theater. It has 4 bedrooms, 5 baths and a kitchen that rivals the best. My favorite feature of this house is the interior courtyard where the pools resides. It's on the market for 5.85 million.

A New Princess

Prince William has finally proposed to the beautiful Kate Middleton! I can't wait to see the wedding photos! The celebration is planned for next Spring or Summer, exactly 30 years after Diana and Charles wed. Fairy tales make my heart go pitter-patter.

Swanson Vineyards: Great Gifts

I love the clever packaging that Swanson Vineyards came up with for their wine, making their products perfect gifts for a number of occasions. Prices begin at $25 a bottle.
Pick up a few and keep them around the house for the last minute gift. You can't go wrong!

Wanna Buy It Wednesday: 1033 Hardee Road, Coral Gables, FL

I'm so excited to go to Miami this weekend that I had to post a picture of a home located in one of my favorite neighborhoods in Florida. 1033 Hardee Road is part of the historic Coral Gables community in Miami. Embracing a French Rivera style, it has 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. My favorite features of this property include the pool, herb garden, and antique clay floors (from Provence!). Although it was built in 1926, it has recently been renovated while maintaining it's original character. It is on the market for $2.495M.

Artist Spotlight: Karen Kilmnik

I love Philadelphia painter Kilmnik's iconic painting. Based on popular culture and with a touch of whimsical, her work marries romanticism and pop art. It's such a unique combination of both the past and present.
