Big news, party people - The DC Design House 2012 location has been revealed! Situated along Rock Creek Park in the Spring Valley neighborhood of DC, this 4-story Colonial is in need of a major facelift. Although, the grounds have been carefully maintained, the interior has changed very little since the home's inception in 1956. I can't wait to see how the DC Design House team will work their magic this year!
