With 4 bedrooms and 2,660 square feet, this 140 year-old residence features both modern amenities and historic charm. Updated with loads of custom cabinetry and crown molding, the owners restored the hardwood floors, original doors and stained glass window. Some of my favorite features include the exotic Brazilian ipe ironwood deck, 9 foot ceilings and Calcutta gold marble tile used throughout.
