Loving Right Now: Sliding Barn Doors

 Rustic-modern elements are everywhere right now- think reclaimed wood beams and pine hardwood floors. One of my favorite trends currently that's in keeping with this style is the use of sliding barn doors.  They are perfect to close off a kitchen pantry or office space and I love the architectural interest they bring to a space.

    I am doing this in our Hamptons home...in the man cave area! This look lends itself to a rustic feel, but when painted a fab color in gloss it gives it a nice juxtaposition. Great post!

    Particular is the comparable design she applied to the Queen's Diamond Jubilee. It could all about kids and their original world.
