From the exposed beam ceilings to the stone fireplaces, 17 Lauretta Lane encapsulates rustic charm. I love the whitewashed walls and expansive windows, too. Although not large by most standards (only 2,100 square feet), this home offers plenty of space for a weekend getaway especially since time indoors is most likely limited given the beach front location.
