By now, you should know I'm a sucker for charming details in a house.
I love 3700 Meadowbrook Avenue for this very reason and for the reason that is new, spacious and located in a great neighborhood in Nashville. It's on the market for $549,000 (which I think is slightly high) has 3 spacious bedrooms, a nice backyard and brand new kitchen. I love the arched door frames, oak floors and original built-ins.
Lovely, lovely house. This is why i adore older homes. They have so much character even if they have been updated.
