Before we look a today's property there's something very important I should disclose: it costs 19 million. With that being said if I had the moola, I wouldn't rule this property out by any means. 3 Riverview Terrace has beautiful character with balconies on each level, herringbone-patterned floors and arched windows with southern exposures. It also has a private garden in the back, "maids quarters" and a beautiful gourmet kitchen. Did I mention it has river views from each room?
